Anna Marie Soft Shell Crab

Anna Marie Soft Shell Crab is the last remaining softshell crawfish plant in Louisiana. The young crawfish shed their shells two to three times before maturity. As soon as the crawfish leaves its shell, it is gathered, cleaned and packed.
